  • Fun functional loaded Flexibility, Mobility and Stability Training
  • Gets you ready for your day to day activities and keeps you flexible during the week.
STUDENT Loaded Functional Fascial Training

Many high school athletes competing at State and Nationals levels are now training as hard as elite adult athletes in effort and duration.

It is not unusual to find they are training 15 to 30 hours per week and at risk of, or beginning to developing training injuries.

Our aim is to support these young elite athletes, helping to improve their overall flexibility, mobility and stability, and to prevent or reduce the likelihood and incidence of training injuries.

High School Student prices – $15 per session.

Classes are $25 per 1 hour session
